MPRC seeks members with a positive attitude toward firearms and firearms competition. We are an NRA affiliate and seek to encourage competitive shooting.
MPRC membership runs on the calendar year. Annual membership dues should be paid by October 1st of the preceding year. The yearly membership cost is $50.00 with an initial application fee of $6.00 (which is paid only once and is non-refundable.) With participation in a "Work Bee" day, the annual membership dues are only $35.00.
Membership in the NRA is required to join the club. We encourage members to renew their NRA membership through the club. Doing so will save you $10.00 on your annual NRA membership renewal. In addition, the club will receive $10.00 back from the NRA.
Before applying for membership, you must be sponsored by an existing club member. To gain sponsorship, please stop by the indoor range on a Tueday night between 7:00 and 8:00 PM and speak with the range master. Otherwise, please contact Art Curow.
Once you have a sponsor, provide a completed application, application fee and annual dues to a club member in person. Your membership will be voted on at the next board meeting, which occurrs on the first Monday of each month.
